Deposit and Cancellation Policy
The deposit covers time spent on your commission, including preliminary consultations, research, planning, estimates, sketches, and design development.
If you decide to cancel your commission, charges for work already completed, including work performed before the deposit was paid, will be deducted at the applicable hourly rate. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded.
If the cost of completed work exceeds the deposit, additional charges will be handled according to our agreed-upon project terms.
