An order form will pop up to collect your Text Selection, Fonts, Text color, and Text Position as well as all of the information needed to prepare your ketubah when you click “add to cart.” All orders come with help for art and layout. You can customize almost every element, but there are also defaults as standards that can be adjusted.
Text Area sizes are determined by text length (see diagrams for each font set below) and font size preferences (standard or large size preferences can be indicated on the order form). Custom sizes/dimensions can be requested in special instructions on the order form. Texts are scaled to fit the text area (mismatches between size, texts, and material size will be flagged during proofing so that adjustments can be made in consultation with the artist).
Digital orders (as pngs and jpgs) are delivered via Dropbox links after proofs are approved. Material sizes for digital products are to help clients with alignment/placement, but a transparent version of just the text is included with every order.
Printed ketubot require a minimum of 3-5 business days, depending on material chosen. Typical orders take about a month (largely because of client response to proofs), but most orders can be ready within 2 weeks.
Standard shipping is included. Expedited shipping is $18. (Next business day shipping is available on a case by case basis and can get very pricey - ask for a quote when you have selected material and size).
Rush Orders
Printed Rush Orders need a minimum of 3-5 business days and Digital rush orders can be ready within one business day if clients are attentive to reviewing proofs.
