Image 3A: Brown and white (unpainted white background), no cypresses. Single color for all the objects keeps it from feeling too busy. There would be light shading just to give the items a little depth and more texture or variation in the paint. Any of these images can have the painted over look.
Image 3B: Delft Blue and unpainted white background

Image 3C variation - painted over with white paint. This is a very rough mockup of what the painted over version would look like. It works especially well with higher contrast colors and softens the colors and edges.
Image 3D: Olive and ecru
Image 3E: Ecru and taupe - I don't recommend painted over white for these colors. A possible variant of this would be adding hints of color to the objects with a dry brush. From across the room, you would see ecru and taupe but next to it you would see colors.
Image 3F: Lots of color, symmetrical mirroring of the full 7 seven species. They can be mirrored or drawn with variations, or put into a different order.
Image 3G: Lots of color. Instead of the 7 species, I added hamzas (symbol of protection). I used a blue fill but there are lots of different ways to incorporate hamzas. They can be drawn with an eye in the center or Chai or solid. Colors can be the same for each one or a pattern of color.

Proposed Design 1 (minimal version) adds "Am Yisrael Chai" but otherwise as printed
Proposed Design 2: Am Yisrael Chai, Jerusalem Lions, Cypresses, 7 Species of Israel (olives, figs, pomegranate, grapes, dates, barley, wheat). Other possible additions: adding Myrtle branch and willow branch on either side of dor le-dor. I don't include the roots of the cypress because symbolically it would not be good: exposing the roots means they topple over.
Color Mockup 1: Based on Design 1, this color mockup has a lot less texture than the painted version would have. Shading would be added to the different sections. Am Yisrael Chai could be done in gold or silver leaf, if desired. Adding very minimal color to the design could be done with a dry brush, which would be hints of color rather colorful.
Color Mockup 2: Based on the Design 2 image, this color mockup includes colors from all of the inspiration images. I added in a little texture with Photoshop since all of your inspiration images have really significant texture.

Inspiration Image 1: After playing with it a bit, I don’t think the results of ink drawing like this would be what you would hope for. Part of it is how the paint and ink would behave on top of the already printed lines (thicker ink lines absorbed by the paint) and part of it is that that kind of line work is very difficult. It’s the sort of thing that if you do it all the time, it can turn out better, but you still risk blobs of ink and one misplaced line can ruin the whole effect. It is the sort of thing where you can almost finish and then have to trash everything and start over. I haven’t done a project with it in years, so the likelihood of messing it up is stronger. Therefore, I really recommend against it on an irreplaceable already-signed ketubah.
Inspiration Image 2: These colors would work well by themselves or combined with Image 3. The texture of the green can be achieved with a dry brush.

Inspiration Image 4: The painted over effect shown here will work on any color combination. It involves painting the colors then going over the whole image with thinned acrylic white or ecru colored paint. The areas where some color shows more than others is achieved by applying an uneven amount of paint.
Inspiration Image 5: I recommend using this color combination if going for a maximum object version. Keeping every object and letter in one color will keep it feeling harmonious. (Alternatively the Navy or Red patterns of Image 3 or the Delft blue of image 4 would have the same benefit). The painted over style texture of Image 4 would work on any of them.
