Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may apply, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are the customer's own responsibility and expense. Sales tax will be collected for orders shipped to New York.

Proofing & Text Changes

Clients are given the opportunity to review text proofs before the ketubah is created. Once approved, the text will be the final version of the text, and the ketubah will be created with the language as it is written. If you notice a revision to the text after you have given your approval, there will be a $50 fee for the ketubah to be recreated.

Requests for text changes should be made as one complete response to the Text Proof. The changes must be given in written form - no phone corrections are accepted. If clients send additional revisions after approving the proof, there will be a $10 fee per request after the initial list of corrections. A revised proof will be emailed to the client.

Proofing & Design/Font Changes

There will be an $80 fee to change fonts after the visual proofs are produced, or to change any design element such as color, or to change from one design to another.

Errors & Reprints Policy

Ketubah-Arts provides multiple opportunities to review proofs, make corrections, and ensure that your ketubah is perfect. No ketubah is printed without client approval.

Clients are responsible for their own proofreading. If text and visual proofs are both approved by the clients and go to print, but an error is later found, reprints may only be obtained at cost and are not guaranteed to arrive by any specified date.

If both text and visual proofs have been supplied and approved, any errors found after printing are the responsibility of the client. Therefore, reprints are only made at the expense of the client.

Corrections are included in the cost, but are limited to minor text corrections and do not include re-writes or rephrasing any portion of the text, redesigning, or other editing changes.

Review your proofs carefully!

Additional Copies and Reprints

If for some reason you need to order an additional copy of your ketubah, you may do so for personal use only (no resale or reuse), if your ketubah file is still available (no guarantees on long term storage). I will need your ketubah design name and number or at least the name of the person who originally placed the order (see useful add-ons for a list of print costs).

You may also order a reprint if you want to use a different material - if you order canvas and find that you don't like it, and would rather have paper, for instance.

Shipping Damage or Manufacturing Defect

If your ketubah is damaged during shipping or has a printing/manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement print. No refunds are possible after printing. No discounts may be obtained if there was unreported damage until after the wedding. Clients are responsible for visually inspecting their ketubah upon arrival. Replacement prints are not guaranteed to arrive before weddings.

Return & Refund Policy

There are no refunds on personalized ketubot once they are printed.

Cancellations Policy

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, cancellations are accepted up until you approve the final proof. You will receive a partial refund minus $125 if proofs have already been made. No refunds are available after the proofs have been approved.

Production & Shipping Times

Every effort will be made to get your ketubah to you in time for your wedding. In most cases, your ketubah will arrive within 4 weeks plus two business days of your order. However, because clients or their agents are responsible for reviewing materials and responding in a timely fashion, delivery by a specified date is not guaranteed.

If the ketubah is ordered less than 4 weeks and two business days before a wedding. Ketubah-Arts does not guarantee arrival of a ketubah in time for a wedding.
